The Jaggery is a pure, traditional form of sweetness and unrefined sugar, obtained by sugar cane juice and much healthier more than white sugar. The main Jaggery related products include Jaggery, Organic jaggery powder, Achu vellam , Manda vellam.

Thanjavur / Tanjore is one of the largest manufacturers and producers of Paddy and Sugarcane in Tamil Nadu, South India. Because of the high cultivation of Sugarcane in Thanjavur / Tanjore, there are large numbers of Sugarcane mills.
