Swami Sivananda is the happiest and the oldest man in the world. He was born on 8 August 1896, currently living in Varanasi Uttar Pradesh. Swami Sivananda is now 124 years old making him the oldest happy living man on the planet, he shares the secret of long-living Good health despite his age, in his daily routine of yoga practice. Swami Sivananda is full of energy and charm with happiness overloaded and he takes our hearts with his smile purity and simplicity. At the age of six, he lost his parents and was brought up by a man who taught him the joys of Yoga and spirituality.

In 2022, Swami Sivananda received the Padma Shri award – the highest civilian award for his contribution to the field of yoga and fitness.

According to Swami Sivanand, “… I lead a life of simplicity and discipline. I eat very simply — just boiled food with no oil and no spices, rice and boiled daal (lentil stew)…“. He credits and shaped his life and healthy fitness through yoga and spirituality. He also quotes that “….he wants all the people in the world to be happy, healthy and peaceful….”.
